The Partners

Three partners. One firm. Always.

Every Northbridge engagement is led by a named partner who is personally responsible for the relationship. That partner does not change — not when the firm grows, not when the markets do.

Greenwich Avenue at golden hour

Since 2003

Built in Greenwich. Held to a higher standard.

Northbridge was founded in 2003 in a one-room office above the Greenwich Library, with a single conviction: that wealth management should be paid for once, fairly, and in the open.

We have stayed deliberately small. We accept no more than three new client families per year and we will not exceed sixty total relationships across the firm.

Independence, fiduciary obligation, and continuity are not slogans here. They are written into our engagement letter and audited annually under our SEC registration.

The Team

Principles

Three principles, written into every engagement.

I.

Patience

Markets reward owners. Owners hold.

II.

Plainness

No proprietary jargon. Every fee, every position, in writing.

III.

Fidelity

The advisor who began the relationship is the advisor who is responsible for it — forever.
